This role partners with Consultants to deliver targeted information to support candidate search operations. You will receive training on advanced internet research techniques and corporate documentation procedures. 



  • Create reports using Microsoft Excel/Word, Google Apps, etc.
  • Quick understanding of Boolean search operators
  • Ability to interpret complex terminology & communication channels 
  • Passion for being a detective and "connecting the dots"!

Sourcing Consultant

Identify & screen qualified candidates via creative recruiting tactics, interviews, reference checks, etc. Evaluate candidate;s qualifications based on client search requirements. Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews with clients based on specific knowledge of the client and the position. Partner with Consultant team to build target candidate pipelines. Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, identify candidate referrals and create future business opportunities. This position can grow into Senior Consultant.



  • Sales/Marketing experience preferred
